Refund Policy

Refund Policy

The refund is applicable for our products/services only at our sole discretion. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 7 (Seven) business days.

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.

Non-refundable products

There are certain non-refundable products, those are listed below:

  1. Online lessons

The price of these products won’t be refunded in several cases:

  1. The Student took more than 90 days (ninety days) to continue with the lessons offered.
  2. The Student didn’t attend the lesson.
    1. Then the lesson will appear in the system as “approved” or “completed” or any other term that reflects its completion.
  3. The Student cancels the lesson in less than 1 hour (one hour) before its starting time.
    1. In other cases, see below;
  4. The Student arrives late more than 15 minutes (fifteen) to the lesson.
    1. Lesson shall be canceled and the Student will perceive only 50% refund via MyCred points;
    1. Nevertheless, if Student shows up any later, it’s up to the Teacher to proceed or not with the lesson until the scheduled finishing time.
  5. The Student arrives late more than 30 minutes (thirty minutes) to the lesson.
    1. Lesson shall be canceled and the Student will not perceive any kind of refund;
    1. Nevertheless, if Student shows up any later, it’s up to the Teacher to proceed or not with the lesson until the scheduled finishing time.
