Ernesto Cabezuelo

About me

Hello, my dear student
My name is Ernesto and I’m a philology lover whose only purpose is to make you succeed in learning my language while we are having fun. I have been working as a tutor online and imparting lessons in classes over 3 years now.
I’m a very easy-going person who loves to teach entertaining my students, as the Latin motto says: Docere delectare. I like to divide my lessons into 2 parts:
Theory, where, we’ll be covering the main grammar with many real examples.
And practice, probably the most terrifying to many of you. Because you are afraid to commit mistakes. But this is not the way we have to focus, as mistakes should be seen as a necessary part of the learning process. So uncover your fears and let’s face mistakes together! Come and enrol for a trial lesson!

I am enjoying the Spanish lessons I have been taking in the past months. Ernesto is a young, talented tutor who has a lot of patience with his students. Usually, I am excited for the lessons with him because he is generally a nice, easy-going person who makes you laugh and creates a comfortable atmosphere ideal for learning a new language. He is flexible and creative in his approach to teaching and cater the lessons to the student's needs.
Teaching a language is not an easy job. I know that first of all because I used to be one. Ernesto is a great language coach, who adapts his methods and materials according to the student's needs, choses topics to discuss that the student is most interested in, able to explain complicated things in a simple way, encourages to do homework and to use Spainsh as much as posible. I significantly improved my Spanish while learning with Ernesto. Finally I can watch movies and series in Spanish (really recomend "La casa de papel" if you have not watched it yet), handle a conversation with a spanish speaking person, feel comfortable traveling to small towns in Spain where very few people speak English.
